Sales Policy

1) Candidate / Purchaser can directly purchase Mathfront product through our website on M.R.P Basics.
2) However provision of discount is there for the students who intend to purchase the product. In such cases the student has to register himself with Mathfront through mail  at “scholarship.test@mathfront.in” and to appear at the scholarship test.

The Rate of discount on MRP is on the basis of the score of students in the scholarship test. Discount rate are on follows

3) MRP of the products are inclusive of GST.
4) Validity / Lifetime of the product  are specified below and the same shall be considered from the date  of sale of respective product.

a) JEE Foundation for Class 9 – Valid for 12 months from the date of sale of product.

b) JEE Foundation for Class 10 – Valid for 12 months from the date of sale of product.

c) JEE Foundation Master (Class 9 & 10) – Valid for 24 months from the date of sale of product.

d) JEE Main & Advanced for Class XI – Valid for 12 months from the date of sale of product.

e) JEE Main & Advanced for Class XII – Valid for 12 months from the date of sale of product.

f) JEE Main & Advanced Master (Class XI & XII) – Valid for 24 months from the date of sale of product.

5) Device Registration policy

Change of device registration during the validity period of product may be considered in the following manner;
a) For the courses having duration of six months – max 1 time without any cost
b) For the courses having duration of 12 months – max 2 times (i.e 1st change will be allowed without any cost, and request for 2nd change will be entertained on a payment of Rs 500 inclusive of GST.
c) For the courses having duration of 24 months – max 4 times (i.e 1st change will be allowed without any cost, and request for subsequent remaining changes will be entertained on a payment of Rs 500 inclusive of GST on each request for such change.

However, document in support of such happening needs to be provided as for example. In case of theft/loss of device, copy of GD and in case of damage/technical default of device invoice in support of repair of such said device from authorized service center needs to be submitted along with request for continuation of registration. It is the discretion of the management to consider any such request which are not supported by aforesaid document.
6) There will be a customer support system (Operating hours Mon – Sat 10am to 6pm) to handle all types of issues related to product sold to customers.
7) Payment shall be accepted through online mode only via Payment Gateway(Net Banking/Payment Gateway/QR code/UPI etc).
8) Course and /or Product once sold and registered against a customer is neither transferrable nor replaceable.
9) Courses will dispatched to respective candidates shipping address via Indian Postal Service/reputed Courier services.The customer may verify the status of the shipment of the product through Order tracking link which will be forwarded to them at their registered mail address.
